Gabrielle joined the MPP Team as Communications Coordinator in May 2021 after being mentored by Rachelle during her final year of university. 


Graduating in 2021 from UBC with a B.F.A in Creative Writing, Gabrielle is passionate about many storytelling formats - including film, television, songwriting, and fiction for adults and young adults, and sees media as a powerful vehicle to engage community members and increase compassion toward humanity and complex issues. She has an impressive range of experience in the performing arts (singing, acting, instructor), communications and leadership.

Originally from Victoria BC (the traditional, unceded territory of the Songees and Esquimalt Nations), Gabrielle has been living in Vancouver since 2017. When not creating, she can be found performing around Vancouver with a vintage vocal jazz trio, playing violin, or volunteering with arts-based, community organizations.
