~ Who are Activators?

Activators are vital parts of the MPIC community. They are the passionate NPOs, NGOs, charities, associations, etc. that are tackling one or more of the United Nations 17 Sustainable Development Goals through committed, meaningful purpose-driven missions and calls-to-action.

While genre films can help educate and inspire audiences to create change, it is the Activators that provide the 'how'. Without them no real transformation is possible.

And we are here to help them through the MPIC Activator program!


~ What is the MPIC Activator program?

The MPIC Activator program is a radical collaboration that will solve some of the greatest problems Activators face:

Most Activators are not storytellers (and don't have connections to storytellers) yet storytelling is the most powerful tool we have to educate and engage.
- We are award-winning filmmakers passionate about the power story holds; and we have access to other talented creatives in the film and media industry.

Most Activators do not have the band-width, experience or resources to build and engage online communities (specifically in Discord), which are vital for successful web3/NFT projects.
- We are already building a socially-charged online community with passionate, experienced, value-aligned community managers, and are having fun doing it!

Most Activators are like 'silos' and so are trying to start from scratch in building a community around their project/cause and are unwittingly competing with others in the space for attention and contributions (of time and money).
- By collaborating, we can draw together a larger socially-charged community into one place and then grow it exponentially. We all know that collaboration and community are the key to solving the World's To Do List; and through MPIC we are literally BEING the change we want to see in the world.


~ What are Original Activator NFTs?

On October 24th (United Nations Day!), we will open applications for the minting of 200 Original Activator (OA) NFTs, which will act as digital memberships. In order to be eligible, an organization will need to prove that it is a registered non-profit, charity or NGO tackling one or more of the 17 Sustainable Development Goals in meaningful ways.


~ What are the OA membership benefits?

* Access to the My Precious Ignitor Club community (in Discord for now but will eventually be on a unique platform)
* Support with engaging with potential supporters through our Community Managers

* Access to educational content and promotional material intended to educate and engage people about Impact NFTs
* A page dedicated to your project/organization in My Precious Story Lounge in the Activators section
* Access to online program to help you craft a fictional genre story for your purpose/mission/project using Joseph Campbell’s A Hero’s Journey
* A free ticket to the inaugural MP Activator event on October 24th, 2023
